Quality system

Special attention is given at our Plant to the quality of manufacturing production. The control is carried out still in the stage of the provision of input products, materials and components to ensure the strict compliance with the defined requirements. We thoroughly evaluate and select the suppliers, because reliability of products, also manufacturing time compliance depend on that choice.

Our quality control department test samples at every stage of production. End-products are being tested in specialized facilities in accordance with the testing programme and methodology. And there is the equipment at our Plant for load testing of powered supports sections. Long-term experience of our specialists, responsible approach to select new staff, also strict control of compliance with the requirements of execution of all kinds of work ensure the reliability of manufacturing products.

Welding production of the Plant is certificated at NGD to the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, explosive and fire-dangerous equipment.
